Cathedral Strength and Conditioning Coach, Cody Johnson, will once again offer an Adult Fitness Program this fall. The class will meet on Cathedral’s campus in both the weight room and gyms to conduct workouts 3 mornings each week. The sessions involve traditional strength training, cardio work, and circuit training. All ability and age levels are welcome to join!
