Dear Parents, As the semester comes to an end and we head into break, I want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas! May the blessings of Christ be upon you and your loved ones this season and into the New Year! Cathedral will be closed December 24 – January 1. Dear Parents, I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving!  The last three weeks of this semester will be busy.  Before you know it, our students will be working hard to prepare for final exams. Dear Parents, Another fast paced week has come and gone!  As we head into fall break, we also head into an exciting weekend of athletic competitions! Dear Parents, WTHR-TV is broadcasting live from Cathedral tomorrow morning for Operation Football! If we get 500 students in the Welch Activity Center by 6:30 in the morning, Vice Principal Kubuske will let the Leprechaun shave his head!! Cathedral will be featured from 5:30 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. tomorrow on WTHR’s morning news. We’ll have the band, cheerleaders, and lots of enthusiastic students!!  Parent will certainly want to tune into the morning of Irish Spirit!

Dear Parents, As we wind down from our week of centennial celebrations, we roll into Homecoming week, held September 24-28!  This is always a great week for our students and is enriched with many Cathedral traditions.  There will be a theme each day, hallway decorating, as well as a Holy Cross Movie Festival.  We will end the school week with an Assembly held at 12:00 and a 1:45 dismissal on Friday, September 28.
